Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at honeyandsageau@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns should be sent to: 41 ROBERTS STREET, KEILOR EAST, VIC, 3033. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.

To assist with your claim, please include your order number and photos of the item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Teethers
  • Feeding accessories
  • Sale or final clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please place a new order and return your original item once your return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Change of Mind

For change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit or exchange only. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
