Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 across Australia, with express shipping available for $14.95 for faster delivery. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $120. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most standard orders arrive within 2–8 business days. Many customers choose express shipping for quicker delivery.

We know how important it is to receive your order quickly—especially in the early days.

Returns

We hope you love your piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • returned with all original packaging

To start a return, simply email us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging, with tags intact
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping

A note on use

Our pieces are designed for everyday life, so we understand they may be handled and tried.

However, items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives with a fault, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If you’d like to exchange your item, email us and we’ll do our best to assist, depending on availability.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite what you expected—and that’s okay.

For change-of-mind returns, we offer an exchange or store credit for a future purchase.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as expected, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

We may offer a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the situation.

Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo where possible, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

This includes:

Teethers
Feeding accessories
Sale or final clearance items
