Keep your baby's everyday space feeling fresh, simple, and beautifully styled with the Honey & Sage Muslin Bassinet Sheet. Meticulously woven from premium 100% muslin cotton, this premium fitted bassinet sheet delivers exceptional airflow and natural temperature regulation throughout the seasons.

Designed with a durable, heavy-duty elastic band, it fits smoothly over standard bassinet mattresses measuring 81.5cm x 40.5cm x 10cm with zero bunching or loose fabric layers.

Real nursery life creates endless laundry without a moment of warning. Our premium natural fibres are built to survive the wash cycle, naturally softening with every single wash. By keeping one sheet on the mattress and a practical spare ready in the cupboard, middle of the day updates, heavy drool phases, and unexpected clean-ups become stress-free transitions.

Available in our beautiful Positano blue and Capri pink finishes, it stands as a practical nursery staple and a thoughtful baby shower addition.

Sheet dimensions: 81.5cm x 40.5cm x 10cm

Bassinet mattress sizes vary between brands. Measure the length, width and depth of your mattress before ordering. The sheet must fit firmly, remain smooth and tuck securely underneath the mattress without causing it to bend, lift or bunch.

Materials & care

Material: Muslin cotton.

Machine wash in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle using a mild, fragrance-free detergent.

Safe sleep & usage

Use only on a firm, flat and well-fitting bassinet mattress. Check the sheet dimensions against your mattress before use.

Fit the sheet securely underneath the mattress. Before every sleep, ensure the sheet remains flat, smooth and taut with no loose or bunched fabric. Do not use the sheet if it causes the mattress to bend, lift or lose its flat shape.

Always place baby on their back with their head and face uncovered. Keep the bassinet clear of pillows, toys, bumpers, loose bedding and sleep-positioning products.

Follow the bassinet manufacturer’s instructions, including its mattress requirements and developmental or weight limits.

FAQs

The sheet measures 81.5cm x 40.5cm x 10cm. Bassinet mattresses are not all the same size, so compare these measurements with your mattress before ordering. The sheet should fit firmly without bending the mattress or leaving loose fabric.

Each pack contains one fitted bassinet sheet in your selected colour. The bassinet and mattress are not included.

It is made from soft muslin cotton. The lightweight fabric is practical for everyday bassinet bedding and becomes softer with regular washing.

The fitted bassinet sheet is available in two muted colours: Positano, a soft blue, and Capri, a gentle blush pink.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and the lighting used in the product photographs.

Machine wash in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle using a mild, fragrance-free detergent. Tumble dry on low or line dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, and use a low iron only if needed.

Yes. We recommend washing the sheet before its first use. Wash it on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and allow it to dry completely before fitting it to the mattress.

The sheet should fit firmly around the mattress and remain flat, smooth and taut. Do not use it if there is loose or bunched fabric, or if the fit causes the mattress to bend, lift or lose its flat shape.

Always follow the bassinet manufacturer’s mattress and safe-use instructions.

Yes. A spare bassinet sheet is a useful gift for expecting parents because newborn spills and late-night bedding changes are part of everyday life. Pair it with a swaddle or other nursery essential to create a practical baby gift.

A note from Kate

I chose this bassinet sheet because newborn bedding needs to be simple, soft and easy to change when the inevitable mess happens. It is a practical nursery basic in two calm colours that are easy to mix with the pieces you already have.
