Product Care Guide
Dinnerware — Silicone
- Wash after every use with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free dish soap
- Dishwasher safe (top rack recommended for longevity), or hand wash with a soft sponge
- Rinse thoroughly — leftover soap is the most common cause of a "soapy" taste or smell
- Air dry completely before storing to prevent moisture buildup
- If odours build up, soak in a mix of warm water and white vinegar, or a baking soda paste, then rinse well
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sharp utensils that can nick the surface
- Avoid bleach — use vinegar or an oxygen-based cleaner instead
Teethers — Silicone
- Wash with warm, soapy water after each use
- Dishwasher safe (top rack)
- For a deeper clean, boil for a few minutes then air dry, or soak in warm water with a little white vinegar
- Store in a dry, ventilated spot away from direct sunlight
- Inspect regularly for cracks or wear, and replace if damaged
Teethers — with Beechwood ring
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth — never fully submerge or soak, as wood can swell, warp, or crack with prolonged water exposure
- For a deeper clean, use a cloth dampened with a mix of water and a little white vinegar, then dry immediately with a clean cloth
- Do not sterilise by boiling, steaming, or in the dishwasher — heat and moisture will damage the wood
- Air dry fully in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources (including hair dryers)
- Beechwood is naturally antibacterial, so a gentle wipe-down is usually all that's needed between uses
- If the surface feels rough after cleaning, this is the wood grain lifting slightly — normal, and can be smoothed down or left as is
Muslin Swaddles (Horizon & Drift Collections)
- Machine washable, cold or warm water, gentle cycle
- Use a mild, fragrance-free detergent
- Tumble dry low or line dry
- Muslin softens and becomes more absorbent with every wash — this is expected, not wear
- Avoid fabric softener, which can reduce breathability over time
Bamboo Cotton Swaddles (Native Collection)
- Machine washable, cold water, gentle cycle
- Mild, fragrance-free detergent recommended
- Tumble dry low or line dry — avoid high heat, which can affect the fibre's softness over time
- Softens further with every wash
Baby Carriers
- Buckle and tighten all straps before washing to protect the structure
- Machine wash in a pillowcase or mesh laundry bag, cold water, gentle cycle
- Use a mild liquid detergent, free from bleach and fabric softeners
- Air dry only — do not tumble dry, as heat can weaken the fabric and affect the structure and buckles
- Spot clean where possible between full washes to reduce wear
Vegan Leather Nappy Bags
- Wipe down with a soft, slightly damp cloth for regular cleaning
- For marks or stains, use a small amount of mild soap or dish detergent on a damp cloth, then wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove residue
- Avoid soaking or submerging the bag in water
- Air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight and heat sources — never use a hair dryer
- Empty and air out the lining occasionally to prevent odours
- Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in a dust bag, away from direct sunlight
- Avoid overloading the bag, which can stretch seams and affect its shape over time
Cotton Blend Bag Straps
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap
- Avoid fully submerging or machine washing where possible, to protect the hardware
- Air dry fully before reattaching or storing
- Store flat or gently coiled in a cool, dry place when not in use
Sherpa & Muslin Blankets
- Machine washable, cold or warm water, gentle cycle
- Mild, fragrance-free detergent
- Tumble dry low or line dry — sherpa may take a little longer to fully dry through
- Avoid fabric softener, which can flatten the sherpa pile over time
- Shake out after drying to restore loft and softness
Muslin Cot Sheets
- Machine washable, cold or warm water, gentle cycle
- Mild, fragrance-free detergent
- Tumble dry low or line dry
- Softens with every wash — a natural feature of muslin, not a sign of wear
- Iron on a low heat only if needed; not required for everyday use
